| Fr. Cyprian Rosen receives his JCD |
Fr. Cyprian Rosen has completed his study
in Canon Law and has received a JCD degree
from Catholic University.
He has been able to complete this study
over a period of 6 years as he continued his
ministry fulltime in Wilmington Delaware. Fr.
Cyprian has been appointed to the Tribunal to
review canonical cases for the different Diocese
in the Province of Baltimore.
His tuition was supported by the many
donations of our donors. We are grateful for his
ability and wisdom and for your generous
support.
